Apart from Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reprising their roles as Tiger and Zoya along with the high-octane action sequences, if there is one thing that has kept fans also anticipating Tiger 3, it is Emraan Hashmi’s role as the main antagonist. He appears as a man named Aatish who has captured Tiger and brought him to Pakistan with the sole motive of destroying him. Why he wants to do this? It is a mystery that will unravel once we witness the espionage thriller flick.

For the unversed, Emraan has earlier proved his mettle with grey shades in movies like Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Chehre, Why Cheat India, Murder, Jannat, etc. But it seems like it took a big franchise like Tiger for the world to see the actor’s potential as a raw, mysterious, and slick villain. In the latest interview, Hashmi spoke about his character saying, “very distinctively different villain that is rare in Hindi cinema. He is cerebral, his mind is his greatest weapon and he also wields immense power over authorities across countries to bring his devious plans into motion.”

But one thing is certain, Emraan’s Atish will be one hell of an entry in the villains of the YRF spy universe. Earlier Tiger Shroff had a dual role in War out of which one of his roles turned out to be the main antagonist. The movie is still considered to be one of his career-best performances. After that, we saw John Abraham as the menacing and shrewd Jim who is creating havoc in Pathaan's (Shah Rukh Khan) path with a personal vendetta in mind. Now, it will be interesting to witness what different layers Emraan’s character brings to the table in Tiger 3. Talking about the movie, it will be released on November 12, 2023.
