Triptii Dimri is riding high on appreciation for her role as Zoya in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal. The actress’ intimate and nude scenes with Ranbir has also become one of the most discussed topics of the film. Addressing the challenges needed to prepare and execute those scenes, she drew comparison with the rape scene she did in Bulbbul. She also revealed that there were only four people on set during the shot and they made her very comfortable.

On being asked about how she prepared herself for the controversial scene, Triptii told ETimes, "I think the rape scenes that I did in Bulbbul were more challenging to me as a person because you are just giving up, and giving up is more difficult than finding courage to do something. If I can overcome that, then I think this was nothing in comparison to that (her scenes in Bulbbul)."

Further, she also added that people are entitled to their opinions but she was very comfortable shooting the scene. "On set, there are literally four people that day - me, Ranbir, Sandeep sir and the DOP (director of photography). Every five minutes they were asking me 'Are you okay? When people around you are givin you that much support, you don't feel odd at all. Of course, the people who don't know how a set works and how these scenes are shot, for them imagination can take you anywhere. For them, it must be shockig and everybody is entitled to their opinion but as for me, I was very comfortable and I would always do what my character demands of me," she said.

Meanwhile, Triptii made her debut with Laila Majnu, however, she made a brief appearance in Bobby Deol’s poster boys before that. She went to garner appreciation for her performance in Anvita Dutt’s Bulbbul and Qala. Up next, she will be seen in a Anand Tiwari’s romantic drama, Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam opposite Vicky Kaushal.
