Unfazed by Shehzada flopping, Kartik Aaryan bounces back to work with Satyaprem Ki Katha; see post

Kartik Aaryan went on an ambitious promotional spree for his latest release Shehzada all over the country and fans had huge expectations from the box office collections of the movie. However, the film miserably failed to perform at the box office and while one might have expected this failure to be a big blow for Kartik considering his previous movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was a massive hit, such is not the case. Unfazed by this setback, the actor immediately bounced back to work and started shooting for Satyaprem Ki Katha .

Talking about the same, Kartik shared a picture of a clapboard with the name of the film etched in it indicating the beginning of the shoot for the same. We can see the shoot for the fifth scene of the movie going on for the same. The Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety actor captioned the same stating, “Fulfilling” along with a red heart emoji. Now, while some fans were overjoyed with the post and manifested for this romantic drama to be a hit, some other netizens started trolling Kartik Aaryan over Shehzada being a flop. They especially mocked him for doing movies that are remakes. One of the netizens asked, “Kya ye bhi south ka remake hain?” while another user said, “Bhai Shehzaada to achi tarah flop hone de.” Another netizen added, “One more flop loading.” One more user took a sharp jibe at him for doing remakes of other hit films lately. The comment read, “Bhai kitni remake karega yaar? Aise superstar banoge kya?” but he also has his fair share of people who were rooting for him. One of the fans said, “Satyaprem Ki Katha is something unique and true love story!! can't wait for it.”

Talking about Shehzada, the movie is helmed by Rohit Dhawan. It also stars Kriti Sanon in the lead role. The movie was a Hindi remake of the Allu Arjun starrer blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo .
