Ajay Devgn talks about his daughter Nysa's Bollywood debut, says 'she has shown disinterest'

Ajay Devgn is currently on a promotional spree for his upcoming movie Runway 34. The movie stars the superstar in the titular role and is also directed by him. In a recent media interaction, Ajay spoke about his daughter Nysa’s Bollywood debut. The actor hinted that his daughter is not interested in showbiz till now but that children nowadays are unpredictable with their plans.

Talking to Film Companion about the same, Ajay Devgn said, “I don’t know if she comes into this line because till this moment she has shown disinterest. Anything can change anytime with children. So, I don’t know, she is in abroad and is studying right now.

Ajay Devgn was furthermore all praises for the current generation of actors. The Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam actor said that the actors are highly prepared and know their job well. He also credited them for performing better than the veteran actors of his own generation since they are extremely well-prepared.

Earlier, talking about Runway 34, the actor had said in a statement, “Two years ago, barely a month into the Pandemic, when things seemed to be going slow, the writer-duo Sandeep Kewlani and Aamil Keeyan Khan narrated the script of Runway 34 to me. I liked the script but I wanted certain changes. As promised, they worked on it during the lockdown and came back to me with a refreshed version. What I heard, I liked. The script is inspired by true events and they had made some changes for the big-screen adaptation. The first half has an element of thrill that the audience must experience. In fact, each and every one of us will identify with the turbulence and that hollow feeling in the stomach when a flight hits an air pocket. I can't tell you more because it's a thriller and must be experienced.” The movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles.
