A new BTS picture of Dulquer Salmaan and cinematographer Arvind Kashyap from the sets of the upcoming gangster movie King Of Kotha has found its way online.

According to a new report, the movie will be clashing with Mohanlal's upcoming spy-thriller Ram this Onam.

The production of Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming gangster movie has finally wrapped. The film began production in September 2022 and entered post-production in February 2023 but had undergone reshoots.

The movie marks the directorial debut of Abhilash Joshiy, the son of veteran director Joshiy. The film is produced by Dulquer Salmaan under the banner of Wayfarer Films, in association with ZEE Studios.

The cinematography will be handled by Arvind Kashyap and the music will be composed by Jakes Bejoy. The movie boasts an ensemble cast that includes Gokul Suresh, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Chemban Vinod Jose, and Shammi Thilakan.

Tovino Thomas will also have a cameo in the movie. While details on who or what the Minnal Murali star will be playing in the movie are a mystery, rumors are floating around that it may be something similar to Suriya's appearance as Rolex on Vikram.

Dulquer Salmaan described the movie as a period-gangster movie with commercial elements and that it is set in a fictional city.

The cast of the movie includes Dulquer Salmaan, Gokul Suresh, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Chemban Vinod Jose, Prasanna, and Shammi Thilakan.

As for Mohanlal's Ram, the movie is directed by Drishiym director Jeethu Joseph who has a great track record with Mohanlal.

Trisha Krishnan will be playing the role of Mohanlal's wife Dr. Vineetha. This will be the actress's second Malayalam movie after 2018's Hey Jude in which acted alongside Nivin Pauly.

Joining Mohanlal and Trisha the rest of the cast includes Indrajith Sukumaran, Sai Kumar, Siddique, Adil Hussain, Durga Krishna, Suresh Chandra Menon, and Leona Lishoy.
