Indian 2's Paaraa song: Makers tease with energetic promo ahead of the single’s release

Ahead of the release of the first single, ‘Paaraa,’ from the Kamal Haasan-starrer Indian 2, the makers teased fans with a promo for the song. The promo features the powerful return of Senapathy from the hit 1996 film Indian, who is seen riding a horse while wielding a sword. The promo has received massive appreciation, thanks to Anirudh Ravichander’s powerful vocals, which herald Ulaganayagan’s character in this special song. Overall, the song is a mighty comeback of a beloved character and we cannot wait to jam to the new single soon!

The first single, ‘Paaraa,’ will be released on May 22, 2024.

Will Anirudh Ravichander be able to redeem himself with Indian 2's first single, Paaraa?

Anirudh Ravichander, who has composed the music for Indian 2, replaced Academy Award-winning musician A.R. Rahman, the composer of the 1996 film Indian. However, after the release of the film's intro last year, fans expressed their dissatisfaction with the movie’s music. Many said that they missed the iconic soundtrack from the 1996 blockbuster after listening to the new version. Netizens even noted that it did not offer the "same old ARR charm."
