John Abraham showers praises on Pathaan co-star Shah Rukh Khan, when I started modelling he was the judge on the show

    Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham will soon be sharing the screen space in the much-awaited movie Pathaan . In a recent interview, John showered heaps of praises on the superstar and credited him for shaping up his career. The actor furthermore revealed an interesting trivia that Shah Rukh was the judge on the show where he had started modeling at the beginning of his career.

    In an interaction with Pinkvilla, John Abraham said, “Shah Rukh Khan is, how do I say, he's responsible for where I am because when I started modelling he was the judge on the show. So I owe a lot to Shah Rukh probably for him it was just another competition that he judged. There's a lot of deep-rooted respect that I have that I can't really talk about. But, he's a wonderful person. He's very charming, he's lovely and supremely intelligent. It's all I can say."

    However, John Abraham refused to divulge more details about Pathaan. The actor said, "I can't speak more than this because Pathaan is still being made. I'm going back to shoot for Pathaan now in the whole of April. It's an honor working with him."

    Meanwhile, talking about Pathaan, the film is directed by Siddharth Anand. It also stars Deepika Padukone in the lead role. Reportedly, John will be essaying the main antagonist in the same. John returned to Mumbai along with his wife Priya Runchal after wrapping up some of his portions for the movie in Spain. The movie will also have a blockbuster cameo by Salman Khan as his character from the Tiger franchise.

    Apart from that, John Abraham’s Attack was released on the big screen on April 1. The movie received a mixed response from the critics and the audience. However, it is failing to do an impressive collection at the box office.
