Katrina Kaif shares an intriguing poster of Merry Christmas with Vijay Sethupati but hints at a twist on the release date

The moment for which Katrina Kaif fans were waiting is finally here. The actress has shared the first poster of her much-awaited film, Merry Christmas which sees her pair up with South sensation Vijay Sethupathi for the very first time. However, the actress hinted at a twist when it comes to the release date of the movie.

Talking about the intriguing poster, it shows a picture of two hands holding wine glasses and clinking them with each other to cheers. However, in the process, both the glasses end up breaking. The poster might symbolize some sort of underlying tension, mystery, or darkness within the lead characters or the plot of the film.

Katrina Kaif captioned the same stating, “We wanted to release the film this Christmas...but there is a TWIST. See you in the cinemas soon! #MerryChristmas.” Take a look at the poster.

The film has been directed by the talented filmmaker Sriram Raghavan who is known for his crime-thriller flicks. Merry Christmas has been produced by Ramesh Taurani and Sanjay Rautray. The movie will be released in Hindi and Tamil in the year 2023. Fans are especially waiting with bated breath to see the chemistry between Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi.
