Kubera – Dhanush shoots near THIS spot for 10 hours, here’s what the actor did to ace his role

Dhanush, who is currently shooting for his upcoming film Kubera with director Sekhar Kammula, has been working meticulously to ace his role. According to popular reports, the actor had to shoot near a garbage dump for over 10 hours to truly get into the emotions for his role as a beggar. Although he took safety measures like wearing a mask, this choice was considered daring due to the tough environment. The news quickly spread on social media platforms, where netizens hailed the actor for his strong dedication to his craft. Here’s what netizens commented:

Nagarjuna plays a negative role in Kubera

Nagarjuna, who is a part of Dhanush’s film Kubera, is said to be essaying a never-seen-before character. The actor reportedly plays an investigative officer who is also the main antagonist. The Telugu star is all set to play a villain for the first time in his career. Earlier, the first-look poster of the actor was unveiled in which he was seen in a crisp blue shirt and black trousers, holding an umbrella. The character is said to have shades of grey and will change the tone of the movie in which Dhanush plays the lead role.

Kubera cast

Kubera has an ensemble star cast, including Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh. Jim is making his Tamil film debut with Kubera. However, Jim Sarbh and Rashmika Mandanna’s characters are yet to be revealed by the makers. Kubera is currently in the production stages and its teaser is expected to be released after the first-look posters of all the lead actors are out.

National Award-winning composer Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the original music for the film. Kubera will be a bilingual film, shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. The release date is yet to be revealed. More updates about the film are expected to be released in the coming days.
