Leo: Mysskin shares details about his role in the upcoming Vijay starrer

    Award-winning director Mysskin who will be playing a minor role in the upcoming Vijay starrer Leo revealed that he will be playing a gangster in the movie and will be sharing the screen with Vijay.

    He also talked about enjoying working with the actor after a long time and he also praised director Lokesh Kanagaraja and his craft.

    There has been a lot of speculation about the plot of the movie and there is a rumor that the movie has a similar plot to the 2005 Hollywood action movie 'A History of Violence'.

    In which a family man is forced to confront this violent past after he encounters someone from his old life as a gangster.

    According to a new report, director Lokesh Kanagaraj and the Leo team are prepping for the climax shoot of the movie which will be an all-out fight between Vijay and Arjun Sarja.

    Arjun Sarja recently joined the movie's cast for an undisclosed role and it looks like he will be playing the main villain of the film.

    The climax is scheduled for a 20-day shot in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Recently Thalapathy Vijay showed off his brand new avatar for the upcoming Leo, this new look confirmed that the actor will be sporting two different looks in the movie.

    Leo will see Vijay and Trisha reunite after a gap of 15 years, their last movie together was the 2008 action movie Kuruvi.

    This movie will also mark their fifth collaboration after Ghilli, Thirupaachi, Aathi, and Kuruvi, three of which have been massive box-office successes.

    The movie will be the third installment in the LCU following 2019's Kaithi which starred Karthi and 2022s Vikram which starred Kamal Haasan in the lead.

    The franchise has grossed around 530 crores at the box office. Leo also marks the second collaboration between Lokesh and Vijay after 2021's Master.

    The main cast of the movie includes Vijay, Trisha, Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, Manobala, and Janany Kunaseelan.

    Leo will hit theaters worldwide on 20 October 2023.
