Maaveeran: Sivakarthikeyan wraps up dubbing for the upcoming movie

    Maaveeran will be hitting the big screen in July.



    Sivakarthikeyan has finished dubbing his portions for his upcoming action movie Maaveeran. The movie is Sivakarthikeyan's first collaboration with director Madonne Ashwin.

    Maaveeran is written and directed by Madonne Ashwin, who is known for directing the critically acclaimed satire movie Nelson.

    Recently the release date for Sivakarthikeyan 's upcoming action moive Maaveeran has been pushed up to July 14 to avoid a clash with Superstar Rajinikanth's Jailer.

    The movie is produced by Arun Viswa under the banner Shanthi Talkies. The cinematography is handled by Vidhu Ayyanna, the editing by Philomin Raj and finally, the music for the movie will be helmed by Bharath Sankar.

    Joining Sivakarthikeyan the rest of the cast includes Aditi Shankar, Sunil, Mysskin, Yogi Babu, and Saritha.

    Sivakarthikeyan is also prepping for his upcoming project SK21, the project will be helmed by Rajkumar Periyasamy and produced by Kamal Haasan.

    The actor had signed the project back in January but production was delayed as both the actor and director were busy wrapping up other projects.

    The actor will be next seen on the big screen in the comedy movie Ayalaan. The project is the actor's first collaboration with director R. Ravikumar and is a science fiction movie with music composed by the legendary A.R. Rahman

    The movie's cast includes Sivakarthikeyan, Rakul Preet Singh, Sharad Kelkar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanupriya, and Yogi Babu.

    In the movie, Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of Raghu who has a chance encounter with an alien. Sivakarthikeyan fans have a lot to be happy about in 2023, the rising star of Tamil cinema has three other projects lined up for the new year.

    The yet-to-be-titled project will be directed by noted Telugu director Harish Shankar, known for movies like 'Gabbar Singh', and 'Duvvada Jagannadham'. His last movie was the 2019 movie 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh', which was a remake of the hit Tamil movie Jigarthanda.

    Maaveeran will be hitting theaters on July 14th.
