Malayankunju trailer: Watch Fahadh Fassil in this intense, claustrophobic glimpse of his survival thriller

Malayankunju starring Fahadh Faasil a survival thriller set in rural Kerala and directed by Sajimon Prabhakar. Finally, the trailer of the film has been unveiled and it is intense. It tells the story of a man Anikkuttan an electrical technician who has many shades.

The trailer shows Anikuttan as someone with a quick temper and having difficulty dealing with his family and friends. However, things take a turn for the worst when he gets trapped in a landslide and must find a way to survive.

The movie had to delay production when Fahadh Faasil injured his nose during a stunt and had to get emergency surgery in March last year.

The movie also boasts the fact that A R Rahman is composing the music. This is the first time in decades that the legendary composer has worked in the Malayalam music industry.

The script and cinematography have been handled by Mahesh Narayanan who previously directed Fahadh in the critically acclaimed Malik.

The rest of the cast incudes Rajisha Vijayan , Indrans, Jaffar Idukki and Johny Antony, Malayankunju is set to release in February 2022.
