    In a shocking turn of events, the entertainment industry has lost its gem of comedy, Raju Srivastava . The comedian, 58, breathed his last on Wednesday at AIIMS, Delhi. He has been undergoing treatment in the hospital after he suffered a heart attack on August 10. He was kept on a ventilator for 41 days but did not regain consciousness till the last moment. His unfortunate demise has come as a big shock to his million fans across the country.

    Just a day ahead before his admission to the hospital, Raju treated his fans with a hilarious video but unfortunately, it has become his last video. The comedian took to Instagram to give a funny twist to the caller-tune of Amitabh Bachchan that played during the pandemic creating awareness about the coronavirus. He imitated Shashi Kapoor and recreated the whole caller tune in the actor’s style leaving his fans in splits. But now the same video will make you weak and you will not stop crying and laughing at the same time. Sharing the video, he wrote, “Remember Corona Caller-Tune.     A day after this video post was published on Instagram, Raju suffered a major heart attack when he was running on the treadmill while working out in the gym, after which he was rushed to the hospital. Following a few days of the treatment, he showed a sign of recovery, but gradually his health deteriorated. As he is no more now, many celebrities across television, Bollywood, and politics mourned his death. Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted– “Raju Srivastava illuminated our lives with laughter, humor and positivity. He left us very soon but he will live on in the hearts of countless people for his rich work over the years. His death is sad. Condolences to his family and fans.”
