Ranbir Kapoor looks dapper in curly long hair in new BTS video from the set of Animal; watch

Four long years after Sanju, Bollywood heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor made his comeback with Shamshera in 2022. While the film sadly failed to do well, the actor made up for it with Brahmastra which emerged as the highest-grossing Hindi movie of the year. Well, we are now eagerly waiting to witness him in a never seen before avatar in Kabir Singh director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s next film, titled Animal . Also starring South sensation and national crush Rashmika Mandanna, it is one of the most anticipated releases of 2023. Just last month, Ranbir’s official first look was unveiled.

In other photos which had gone viral from set while shooting, Ranbir was clean shaven. But in his first look, the actor sported shoulder length curly hair and a grizzly beard. He also had blood all over his clothes and a bloody axe under his arm as he lit a cigarette. Back then, few netizens had called it a ‘cheap copy of KGF’. However, in the latest behind the scenes video from the set of Animal which has taken over social media, Ranbir looks dapper in his curly locks. In this clip, Ranbir is wearing a navy blue suit as he leans on a car before walking to another side while shooting.

He looks handsome as ever and we are totally digging this grunge new avatar. It has most definitely piqued our interest in the film and its premise. Apart from Ranbir and Rashmika, Animal also stars Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri and the evergreen Anil Kapoor in key roles. The gangster drama, which apparently explores turbulent dynamics between the characters, is all set to arrive in theaters on 11th August.

After Animal, Ranbir will share the screen with Shraddha Kapoor in Luv Ranjan’s romantic comedy Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. It’s going to be an exciting year for the actor’s fans!
