Sara Ali Khan remembers her first co-star Sushant Singh Rajput as Kedarnath turns 4; “I know Sushant is up there..”

    Four years ago today, star kid Sara Ali Khan began her journey in Bollywood as an actor with Kedarnath, opposite the incredibly talented and versatile Sushant Singh Rajput.

    Four years ago today, Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan began her journey in the Hindi film industry as an actor with Kedarnath . She won hearts with her raw energy, versatility and on-screen presence as Mukku. We knew a star was born. Four years ago today, another star by the name of Sushant Singh Rajput also shined on the silver screen, giving us yet another incredible performance to remember till the end of time, as pithoo Mansoor.

    While Sushant made a place in our hearts with his sincere and heartwarming performance, he made memories on set which Sara cherishes even today. Remembering him, those memories and celebrating her debut film Kedarnath’s 4th anniversary, the actress shared precious behind the scene moments along with a heartwarming message which read: “4 years ago my biggest dream came true. It still feels like a dream and now perhaps always will. ❤️❤️❤️I’d do anything to go back to August 2017 and shoot every scene of this film again, relive every moment again, learn so much from Sushant about music, films, books, life, acting, stars and the sky..”

    Sara went on to add, “Thank you for a lifetime of memories. 🎥🤗❤️⛅️🌝🌄#JaiBholenath 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻And as the full moon shines bright tonight, I know Sushant is up there right by his favourite moon, shining like the bright star he always was and always will be 💫From Kedarnath to Andromeda ♾️.” Written and directed by Abhishek Kapoor, Kedarnath was a commercial success and also gave us several chartbuster hits such as Namo Namo and Qaafirana. While Sushant won hearts, Sara bagged several awards for her debut film. She went on to impress audiences with Rohit Shetty’s cop drama Simmba, opposite Bollywood’s livewire Ranveer Singh.
