Katrina Kaif To Star Opposite Ranveer Singh In Rohit Shetty’s Action Thriller?

Rohit Shett’s film with Ranveer Singh has been doing rounds for quite a long time. Recently, Rohit confirmed that he is doing the film with the actor. The movie is touted to be a raw action thriller and will see Ranveer playing a corrupt police officer. According to a report in DNA, the movie is a remake of Telugu film ‘Temper’ starring Jr. Ntr.

“Yes, I am making a film with him (Ranveer Singh), what’s true is true. How much will we hide it? But there’s a lot of time before it takes off. He has Padmavati right now, then Zoya’s film (Gully Boy), so we should start mid next year. It is an action film…a hardcore action film,” said the Singham director.

Though Ranveer Singh is finalised as the main male lead, however, we were not aware about the film’s female lead. But now a report in Mumbai Mirror says, that the filmmaker is keen to cast actress Katrina Kaif opposite Ranveer. The report further stated that Katrina has been meeting various filmmakers ever since her last few films have done poorly at the box office. If Katrina is signed opposite Ranveer, it would be the first that both the actors will be working together.
