Nawazuddin Siddiqui Says No To Endorse Fairness Products

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one amongst the few actors of Bollywood who has proved that looks don’t matter to reach heights in the entertainment industry. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan star has said that fairness is inessential to look beautiful in his opinion. When asked if he would ever endorse for fairness products, Nawaz said, “Fairness? No, no. No plans (of promoting fairness creams). You don’t need a product to look beautiful. Some people have a measurement for beauty… that people with a particular complexion are beautiful”.

The 42-year-old actor added, “I believe that beauty is personal. It’s not forced on anyone like if you are fair then only you are beautiful. This is a concept of the West that we have borrowed from them”.

About fashion, the Badlapur star, who has been newly-appointed as the ambassador of The Mayur Suitings, said, “Fashion is something that you think looks good on you considering your body type and comfort. It is not what a particular group of people suggest”. Nawaz also said that he likes to be in casual wear most of the times and prefers wearing suits only for formal events.
