Housefull 5- Is Akshay Kumar all set to start shooting in the UK for this multistarrer? Here’s what we know

There are some pairs in Bollywood who actually mean success, without any second thought. As far as the on-screen pairing is concerned, there is the inimitable pairing of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, the two names that top the said list. And, on the other hand, when anyone talks about the successful pairing of film producer and actor, the name that tops this list is that of Sajid Nadiadwala and Akshay Kumar.

Over the years gone by, the two have been a part of many projects like Jaan-E-Mann, Heyy Babyy, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Waqt Hamara Hai and also the entire laugh-a-riot of Housefull series. Speaking of Housefull, till date, there have been four parts of the film which have been made viz., Housefull, Housefull 2, Housefull 3, and Housefull 4.

Readers may know that, a few weeks back, Akshay Kumar took to social media and announced the much-awaited Housefull 5. The actor made the announcement with a poster and a caption that read, “Get ready for FIVE times the madness! Bringing to y'all #SajidNadiadwala’s #Housefull5 Directed by @Tarunmansukhani See you in cinemas on Diwali 2024! @Riteishd @NGEMovies @WardaNadiadwala. 

As per a source based report in Pinkvilla, it has been stated that, the said film will be going on floors from August 2024.The report further stated that the film, which will be directed by Tarun Mansukhani, will be going on floors in the United Kingdom and that, besides Akshay Kumar, the film will also star Riteish Deshmukh. Besides these two actors who have been a part of the Housefull series, the film is also reported to star an ensemble cast of other actors, whose casting has already begun and is underway.

The same report added that, a major portion of the film Housefull 5 will be shot inside a lavish cruise, where the key portions of the film will be shot over a period of 45 days and that too in the waters (inside the cruise, where the entire confusion will reportedly start unfolding).
