Radhika Apte Alongside Akshay Kumar In R Balki’s Next?

It was reported a while ago that R. Balki, best known for helming ‘Paa’, has signed Akshay Kumar for his next. This flick was touted to have two female leads. Rumours are doing the rounds that Radhika Apte has been roped in as one of the female leads.

According to Box Office India, “Balki’s search is almost over as he has now signed Apte as for the yet untitled film. The report goes on to add that Kumar had agreed to the venture straight after hearing the script. With the addition of Apte, the film looks to be an interesting combination of actors.”

The third lead is yet to be finalized. Unaffected with this, the pre-production work of the film has already begun. According to grapevine, Balki is in touch with some potential candidates, but has to wait for confirmation of their dates. Moreover, the makers are planning to shoot the film majorly in India and will eye for a release in first half of 2018.
