Creed 2 Yes, Rambo V No

Gary Barber, CEO of MGM has confirmed that they will be making a sequel to the hit film Creed saying, “There’s no doubt that we’re making a ‘Creed 2’” Michael B. Jordan will reprise his role as Adonis Creed, the son of Apollo Creed. His co-star in the film, Sylvester Stallone, has also stated that the possibility of a Rambo sequel is quite slim.

Stallone said, “There’s a diminishing time acceptance of a sequel. Three years is a little much”. Talking about the sequel, the 69-year-old actor stated, “You’ll have him face a different opponent, which I would say is a more ferocious, big Russian. There’s a lot there”.

For Rambo V, the actor stated, “The heart’s willing, but the body says, ‘Stay home!’. It’s like fighters that go back for one last round and get clobbered. Leave it to someone else”. This comes as good news for the Creed fans but for the Rambo fans. Still, the latter will have something to look forward to with the recently proposed Rambo: New Blood TV series.
