Janhvi Kapoor Pens a Heartfelt Tribute To Her Mother Sridevi

The day of 24th February shocked the entire country when legendary actress Sridevi passed away in Dubai. The actress was in UAE for the wedding celebrations of her nephew Mohit Marwah along with the other members of Kapoor family. Her husband Boney Kapoor found her unconscious in her hotel room and he had come to Dubai to surprise her.

The actress was given a 3 gun salute and during her final journey, she was accompanied by her family, friends and thousands of fans who had come to pay their respect to the iconic actress who was also referred to as the first female superstar of India. Her eldest daughter Janhvi is gearing up for her Bollywood debut titled 'Dhadak' and it was Sridevi's dream to watch her daughter's debut. Janhvi recently posted a heartfelt tribute to her mother along with pictures and a letter. 

The whole film fraternity and Sridevi's co-stars from Bollywood, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Telegu industries also came to pay their last respects to the actress. Janhvi thanks her in the letter for always being there and for being a pillar of support and always wanted to maker mother proud.

Janhvi also requests her fans to pray for her mother and also to love their parents unconditionally. She wants her fans to devote themselves to their parents and make them feel all the love they can give. She fondly remembers the bond shared by her parents and how her father has lost his 'jaan'. She also thanks her fans for standing with her family in these tough times.
