Aaradhya Bachchan Delivers A Powerful Performance On Women Empowerment In A Play, Amitabh Bachchan Watches On Proudly

Aaradhya Bachchan is tip-topping on the path taken by her parents and grandparents and recently took part in a school play where she delivered a powerful monologue of women empowerment. Daughter of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan is all of 8-years and is media shy whenever spotted with her parents, delivered her lines in a powerful unwavering manner.

The young lady is active in her extra-curricular activities which are often attended by her family, grandfather Amitabh Bachchan, grandmother Jaya Bachchan and her parents, Abhishek and Aishwarya. This time around Aardhya played ‘Kanya’ and stood in the center of the stage as she spoke about a new world where women will be safe, respected and loved their voices will not be snubbed.

Aaradhya wore an orange and green saree with her hair tied up in a bun with white flowers. In the audience, her aunt Shweta Bachchan sat with Amitabh Bachchan making a video. Aishwarya Rai was seen earlier dropping her off to the school for the function.

The video of the play was shared by a fan and Amitabh Bachchan re-tweeted it saying, “.. the pride of the family .. the pride of a girl .. the pride of all women .. OUR dearest AARADHYA ..”.

The proud grandfather in-fact re-tweeted several other tweets that followed applauding Aaradya’s performance.
