#MeToo: Tanushree Datta Calls Out Systemic Corruption, Asserts Women’s Commission And The Police Are Fake

Tanushree in her recent statement has called out to the Women’s commission as being “a redundant organisation as fake as the Police force that mostly helps criminals and evil doers in our Nation get away by negligence and using underhanded tactics while pretending to serve the public.”

Datta states there is no reason to put a woman through the ordeal of appearing before the women’s commission when the complaint has already been filed. “When a woman has already put her complaint and submitted a copy of her FIR why do you need to further put her through the trouble of appearing before the commission in person??

She further feels that this is done just to avert the entire topic somehow. “They never had an intention to do anything but deflect the matter with shady tactics. My advocate and team submitted everything that the women commission asked for and followed up with them regularly. We appeared before them not once but several times and finally gave up expecting anything from them. How many times did they ask Nana to personally appear before them? These are tactics employed to further harass females by making them run around these bogus organisations when they put a complaint so that later they can make excuses for non-action.”

Tanushree further claimed that for no reason the women’s commission harassed her by asking her to appear in front of them time and again. Quipped she, “In my case too, first they said that why I haven’t put a complaint to women’s commission and then when I did, they started to make strange demands of asking me to personally appear and repeat my story to them again because they wanted to validify my complaint?! When the actual copy of a detailed police FIR submitted to them at the very beginning is sufficient for complaint and action.”

She further asked, “How many times did Nana personally appear before the Women Commission and explain himself or Ganesh Acharya or Rakesh Sarang for that matter? Why weren't they asked to appear and explain to validify their response? Their lawyers sent a letter of response and that's it. But I was being asked to appear in person over and over even after putting my official detailed complaint, responding by documents and appearing through my authorized representatives several times at WC?

Talking about how the cops dealt with the case, she thundered about the situation being an exact replica of the women’s commission. She said, “Same with the Police. I was asked why I'm not doing an FIR and then when I did then they say there is not sufficient evidence and so the case is false?”

The actress further continued about how the whole system and especially these two institutions namely the women’s commission and the police force is fake and corrupt. She volleyed, “The whole nation sees the incompetence and corruption of these two fake institutions! And that is why no one trusts them enough to get any justice. They just get cheques from taxpayers’ money and waste everyone's time!  Maybe they don’t get paid enough to do their jobs and maybe they don’t care. So obviously they stand with whoever has the greens. Whatever is the case the Police, Judiciary, Women’s commission and CINTAA. All total failures in our nation to get a woman justice!! Shame on you guys!! Wasted my time totally on them. SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION.”
