Salman Khan's Dabangg 3 Wraps Up Shoot On Vinod Khanna's Birthday, The Actor Shares A Video Saying 'We Miss You'

Salman Khan has wrapped up the shoot for his upcoming film Dabangg 3 and sharing a video post pack up from the last day of the shoot the actor revealed that the entire cast was missing actor Vinod Khanna dearly. The last day of Dabangg 3’s shoot happened to fall on veteran actor Vinod Khanna's birthday and Salman Khan spoke about the co-incidence saying that he is missed and mentioning that his brother Pramod Khanna will be playing his part in the Dabangg 3.

Vinod Khanna played Salman Khan’s father Prajapati Pandey in both Dabangg and Dabangg 2. The whole crew got together on the last day of the shoot to say that they sincerely miss him was no doubt a fitting tribute to him and also a gesture that his fans would truly appreciate.

In the video, Salman Khan says, “So, aaj hamara Dabangg 3 ka last day tha. Hamara pack up ho chuka hai. Aur strange baat yeh hai ki, khushi ki baat yeh hai ki aaj hamare VK sir yani ke Vinod Khanna sir, unka aaj janamdin hai. So, hamare Prajapati Pandey sahab ka janamdin hai aur ussi din par hamara aaj, coincidentally and fortunately, hamari Dabangg 3 ki shooting ki pack up ho chuki hai. So, VK sir, we miss you, we all miss you. And we have Pramod sir, your own brother, to play you in Dabangg 3. God bless you, VK sir. We really miss you.”

The veteran actor passed away in April 2017 after suffering severe dehydration while undergoing treatment for bladder cancer.

Dabangg 3 releases in theatres on 20 December 2019 and has been directed by Prabhudeva.
