Shah Rukh Khan to resume Pathan shoot tomorrow; will head to Europe soon

Shah Rukh Khan’s next film Pathan, which is being called his comeback to the big screen, went on floors last year. Helmed by War director Siddharth Anand, the action thriller also stars Deepika Padukone in the lead with John Abraham as the antagonist. The shoot came to a halt a few times due to the pandemic, but resumed in June this year. Last month, it was reported that the superstar has completed 70% of the film and will soon head to Russia for the international leg.

Well, according to the latest report shared by ETimes, Bollywood’s Baadshah SRK will resume the next schedule on 28^th August, which is tomorrow. The team is planning to travel to Europe for the international leg soon and might head to Russia later. A source was quoted saying, “There is a shooting schedule planned for Europe but the dates haven’t been finalised yet. Also, contrary to media reports Afghanistan was never on the list of locations for the film.”

While SRK and Deepika will be seen as spies in Pathan, John will portray the role of a ruthless freelance terrorist who only cares about money. Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan also has an exciting cameo in the film, which has already been shot, wherein he will be seen as his beloved character, RAW agent Tiger.
