Sonali Bendre Shares A Heartfelt Post On Completing One Year of Cancer Diagnosis.

It's been a year now since Actress Sonali Bendre was diagnosed with Cancer! Sonali shared a heartfelt post by expressing her gratitude towards her fans and thanking them for constantly supporting her after she was diagnosed with cancer over a year ago. Sonali was diagnosed with high-grade metastatic cancer, It was indeed a complete shock for everyone. Sonali was treated in New York for the same. She soon fought with this serious disease and came out as a winner and later returned to Mumbai. 

Sharing an emotional post since the detection, Sonali  wrote, “ stay strong through your pain..grow flowers from it..you have helped me..grow flowers out of mine so..bloom beautifully ..dangerously loudly..bloom softly..however you need..just bloom. @rupikaur_ (Milk and Honey) It's been a year... I can't tell you how instrumental YOU ALL have been... At the fifth international conference "CAHOON 2019", organized by Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organisation (CAHO). Sonali said, "Early detection is most important. Right now the disease is less scary the treatment is actually more frightening and painful. If it were detected early, the cost of treatment would have been less. It would also have been a lesser painful treatment," She also added, "I wish I knew about it. I wouldn't have thought this would happen to me... I felt if this was so prevalent why did I not know about it,"

Sonali Bendre fought hard with this disease and came out very strong. She said when her cancer was diagnosed a lot of people were shocked. She added, "Lot of people said how could I get it as my lifestyle was so healthy. Even I was like 'Why I have got it?' Then I heard a lot of stories and realized anybody could get it."

Sonali has been a popular actress in Bollywood and has worked in several films like Hum Saath Saath Hai, Diljale, Sarfarosh she was also last seen in a cameo appearance in Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobaara in 2013. she also tried her luck in Telugu, Marathi, Kannada and Tamil movies.

We are more than happy to see Sonali having such a positive approach towards life even after facing such a difficult situation and we genuinely hope she continues to be fit always and have the same positive attitude in life
