Tanuj Virwani Wins Best Emerging Actor At Iconic Achievers Awards For Inside Edge, Anupam Kher And Ranveer Shorey Win Too

Staying quite steady in the world of glamor, especially in the arena of web series, Tanuj Virwani is a happy man today. Over the weekend gone by, he was presented an award for Best Emerging Actor. Organized by WBR Corp, the Iconic Achievers award was besotted upon him for the good work that he has done in the recent web series Poison and before that Inside Edge. 

In both the series, Tanuj played a man with grey shades. While his performance was noticed by audiences as well as industry alike, the corporate world has taken note of that as well, something that led to this prestigious award.

Says Tanuj, “Always a happy feeling when such an honour comes your way. It was great to walk up on the stage and hold the award. Last couple of years have been quite exciting for me as an actor. After Inside Edge, I have been busy shooting for the second season of the series. Then Poison released earlier this year.”

Later this year, he would be seen in Inside Edge 2 and also Code M. This isn’t all as there already are rumours of Inside Edge 3 been given a green signal as well. Moreover, Tanuj is also said to have given a nod to a Hind-Bengali bilingual show. 

“There are a couple of other series also that I am doing but would wait for the makers to come up with an announcement. That said, when someone recognises your effort and presents you with an award as an emerging talent, it is further validation and reaffirmation of everything that you have signed up for,” says Tanuj with a glee.

Meanwhile, Anupam Kher and Ranveer Shorey are a couple of other key personalities who have been presented with the Iconic Achievers award.
