Karan Johar wished the elusive Aditya Chopra on his birthday with a heartfelt note. The Yash Raj Films’ Chief who famously doesn’t like being clicked and is seldom seen publicly, turned 50 on Friday. Karan who is Aditya’s first cousin shared a two-decades-old picture to wish the filmmaker on social media. The picture also features baby Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s eldest son.

In his post, Karan also joked about the famous myth and said that Aditya Chopra does exist. “And just like that he’s 50! So many memories ... so many movies... so many moments... He remains an unstoppable visionary! Silently and solidly takes on the studio mantle and creates barometers for everyone! Happy birthday to my mentor, best friend and chachu to my kids! Aditya Chopra, who made his debut as a filmmaker in 1995 with the blockbuster Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge has only ever directed 4 movies in his career, three of which featured Shah Rukh Khan in the lead. Karan Johar also made his acting debut in a small supporting role in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.
