Karthik TMK Begins Shooting For Siddique’s ‘Bhaskar Oru Rascal’

Director Siddique’s upcoming Tamil comedy movie ‘Bhaskar Oru Rascal’ is a remake of the filmmaker’s successful Malayalam flick ‘Bhaskar the Rascal’ (2015). The Kollywood version will feature Arvind Swamy and Amala Paul in the lead roles. Also starring Karthik TMK in a comic role, the film will have music composed by D. Imman.

Karthik TMK, who will essay the role of a shop owner in the movie, said, “I have begun shooting for my portions yesterday. I have a substantial role in the film and has comedy infused subtly. I really liked the script and it has a great star cast. The director Siddique, too, was also very excited to me have onboard”.

Siddique had earlier revealed that he would incorporate more action scenes in the Tamil version, without compromising the essence of the original Malayalam film. The Kollywood remake will star Arvind as Bhaskar, an aggressive businessman. The flick is all about how two incompatible people are thrown together and the drama that follows.
