SJ Suryah Joins Sets Of Vijay 61

Atlee’s Vijay 61 has been in the news from quite some time now. Earlier, we heard that art director Muthuraj had erected colossal 80s sets for the shooting of the film. Actor Vijay, who is touted  to be playing triple roles in this untitled project, has Kick-started shooting for the film alongside Nithya Menen.

The recent development is that actor SJ Suryah, who is essaying a negative role in AR Murugadoss and Mahesh Babu’s Tamil-Telugu bilingual, has joined the shoot of Vijay 61 in the outskirts of Chennai. As per sources, “Apart from SJ Suryah, actor Kamaraj who essayed the role of bodybuilder in Shankar’s I is also part of this schedule. This schedule will go on till the end of March.”

The third slot of the shoot will also be filmed in Chennai, says a source. Samantha and Kajal will join the sets in mid-April. If reports are to go by, Vijay will be seen playing a village in Madurai, which is why the director dons a twirled moustache getup.
