‘Baahubali’ Japan Rights Sold

‘Baahubali’ is the most sought after films right now. Recently, the Chinese rights of the S.S. Rajamouli directorial were sold at a good price. According to the reports, the magnum opus will be released over 5000 screens in China in November. The international rights of the Prabhas starrer are in high demands post Busan International Film Festival.

The film will now be released in Japan. Reportedly, a leading independent distributor named Twin Co. has bagged the rights of the film at a whopping price. The deal was finalised at Busan's Asian film market.  

Reports further suggest that the makers are also in talks with the distributors of Latin America, Germany and European territories. They want to release their film in as many countries as possible before the release of its sequel. The second part of the hit period film will reportedly go on floors by the first week of October and will hit the theatre screens next year.
