Twin Brother Director Duo Share Some Funny Instances From Their Past

The upcoming film 'Chandamama Raave' has been directed by identical twins Dharma and Raksha and stars Naveen Chandra in the lead role. The duo has faced quite a few situations where people couldn't differentiate between them, which lead to some funny experiences. Recently, Dharma and Raksha shared a few memories from their past.

Back in 2002, the twin duo was working as assistant directors to Uday Kiran for the film Sreeram. "We were both working as assistant directors then. I went to Anita to brief her for a scene. Soon after, Raksha went to explain another one. She really got confused. We were shooting at midnight on the Vizag beach when Anita saw us both walking in from different sides and freaked out. She ran out screaming, thinking she'd seen something paranormal", Dharma shared.

Raksha revealed that since they were kids, people mistook them for each other. Now, the 35-year-olds have become quite used to it. Since they were kids, they loved cinema and were die hard movie buffs. Their sister was the one who told them that directors are the ones that bring a movie to life. That instilled the idea of directing in their minds.
