Viswaroopam joins 100-crore club

Finally Kamal Haasan’s controversialViswaroopamhas achieved the highest point of success as it has crossed the 100-crore mark. And that’s not all as it is going steady at the box office with continuous hike in revenues.

Rahul Bose, the antagonist in the film, tweeted to share his joy after touching Rs. 120-crore mark in India, "Just received figures of the all india box office collections of vishwaroopam. 120 crores and counting.Superb! Vishwaroopam's the first film I've been a part of that's made over 100 crores. Congratulatuions to the team and mr haasan especially!''

After getting released worldwide on January 25, the film did hit the Tamil Nadu screens after 13 days and since the opening day it has achieved huge response from the viewers which helped it to join the 100-crore club. The Hindi version,Vishwaroop, which was released on February 1 in North India, also got a roaring response.Vishwaroopamhas emerged as an international blockbuster as all the versions of the film have created a flutter at the booking counters.
