After spending four long months in the Bigg Boss 16 house, and becoming the final captain of the season with a ticket to finale in her hand, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia was evicted from the reality show last night. This elimination was based on live voting by audience members who entered the BB house in yesterday’s episode. While there are many who felt that Bigg Boss was partial towards Nimrit, ex contestant Kamya Punjabi believes she deserved to be in the top 5. She tweeted: “U definitely deserved top 5 but you earned true friends in this house wich is very rare… you were true to urself n ur audience!”

Kamya further wrote: “Lots of love n respect for you #NimratKaurAhluwalia #BiggBoss16.” Well, Nimrit lost her chance to lift the trophy of Bigg Boss 16. But during her time in the show, she made friends and memories for life. The Choti Sarrdaarni actress also won many hearts and garnered a huge fan following. To express gratitude to these well-wishers, Nimrit took to her official social media handle last night to share her first post after her eviction. In a video, specially made for her fans, Nimrit thanked her followers for their support and reassured them that this is only the beginning.

Under this video, many fans showered love on their favourite actress and Bigg Boss 16 contestant.
