The Kapil Sharma Show promo: Akshay Kumar blames Kapil for his flop films; says ‘Yeh aadmi..’

After a long break, during which Kapil Sharma and his gang were on a live tour, The Kapil Sharma Show is all set to return to our television screens once again. While Krushna Abhishek is giving this season a miss due to disagreements with the producers, many new actors have joined the star-cast including Ishtiyak Khan as Kappu ka sasur and Srishty Rode as Ghazal aka Mohalle ki Raunak. Well much to our delight, the makers have now dropped another teaser giving us a glimpse of all the stars who will be gracing the show this season.

Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar will be one of the first guests this time and he will be accompanied by his Cuttputlli co-star Rakul Preet Singh. When Kapil will ask how he gets younger every year on his birthday, the superstar will blame the comedy king for his recent series of flop films. Akshay will reply, “Yeh aadmi itni nazar lagata hai, sab cheezo pe. Dekho, meri filmon pe, paison pe nazar daal di. Ab filmein nahi chal rahi koi.” This left Rakul as well as Kapil in splits!

Later Kiku Sharda will join Akshay, Rakul and Kapil on the stage as his new character, laundry waali Gudiya. He will ask Akshay to apologize to Ranveer Singh on his behalf. When Akshay asks why, Gudiya replies, “Unka kapda bhi hum hi dhote hain. Aur ek din kapda pohochane mein thoda sa late ho gaye, koi aake unka bina kapde ka photo le liye.” Kiku is talking about Ranveer’s recent nude photo-shoot for the cover of a magazine, which took the internet by storm because the actor stripped down to nothing for the camera.

Clearly this season is going to be even better than the previous ones! We can’t wait for The Kapil Sharma Show to premiere on television this week.
