Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata actor Harshad Chopda on marriage: 'If I marry the way I fall in love then there shall be many weddings'

Actor Harshad Chopda is winning hearts with his onscreen chemistry with Pranali Rathod on the television show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai . He is seen playing Abhimanyu Birla, who is in love with Akshara(Pranali) and their fans fondly call them #AbhiRa. Recently, the actor opened up about his real love life and spilled the beans on his marriage plans.

Harshad revealed that he was in love quite a few times and his end goal has always been marriage. But unfortunately, it didn’t happen with either of his relationships. “I have fallen in love quite a few times but couldn't reach till the marriage phase, Love and marriage are quite different, If I marry the way I fall in love then there shall be many weddings. It isn't that I haven't thought of marriage, but whenever I was in a relationship, my end goal was marriage but it didn't happen with either of the relationships,” he told TellyChakkar.com.

Well, there were earlier rumours about Harshad that he is dating co-star Pranali. However, the duo in an Instagram LIve show had already quashed the rumours saying that they are very good friends. However, he defined AbhiRa’s journey on the show as, “With Abhira when love happened we didn't know each other well, we just fell in love and quickly got married. Now, the duo understands the reality and we are getting to know each other well.”

Meanwhile, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata has been a long-running show on Star Plus . Currently, the show revolves around a couple who falls in love and gets married quickly and then reality strikes them. While the first generation has arranged marriage set up with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra in the lead, the second generation featured Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan who had a long love courtship and faced challenges adjusting to a joint family.
