Actor Akshay Kumar is gearing up for the release of his upcoming movie Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The film will showcase him along with Tiger Shroff and both of them will be seen executing daring stunts as two skilled soldiers on a mission to retrieve a stolen AI weapon from the antagonist, portrayed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Produced by Pooja Entertainment in collaboration with AAZ, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is scheduled for an Eid release on April 10.

At the trailer launch event of the film, Akshay talked about having given back-to-back flops. He shared, “It is not that I have not seen (this phase before), there was a time when I had 16 consecutive flops in my career. But I stood there and kept on doing work and I’ll still do that. This is one film this year for which we all have done lots of hard work and now we are going to see the results. We hope this is going to bring good luck to all of us."

He so added, “We keep on trying for every type of film. I don’t stick to one kind of genre. I keep on jumping from one genre to another, whether there is success or no success, that’s how I have always worked. I’ll keep on doing it… something that is social, something that is good, something in comedy, in action."

Akshay also spoke about doing different kind of films. He stated that he gets bored doing the same kind of work again and again and hence likes to play all kinds of roles.
