    Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya Box Office Day 3: Shahid Kapoor-Kriti Sanon starrer continues slow yet steady growth

    There is no fool proof way to crack the box office business. While some films work, many others fail to make a mark. Then there are those which see a dull opening but gradually get better as days pass. That’s the category Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon’s film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya falls in. The science fiction romantic comedy witnessed a slow opening day when it managed to collect only Rs 6.5 crore. However, on day two it saw a 40% jump in collections, which was a good sign. Well, on day three things started to look up even more.

    On the second day, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya collected Rs 9.65 crore bringing the total collection to approximately Rs 16 crore. As reported by Sacnilk Entertainment, on Sunday which marked the third day after release, the Shahid and Kriti starrer raked in Rs 10.75 crore. This brings the total collection to Rs 27.1 crore, as predicted by trade analysts ahead of the weekend. Kriti and Shahid’s performances along with the intriguing concept and word of mouth deserve all the credit for this slow yet steady growth.

    Also starring Dharmendra Singh Deol along with Dimple Kapadia, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya follows the story of a robotics engineer who falls head over heels in love with SIFRA, Super Intelligent Female Robot Automation. Even though Shahid’s character Aryan knows Kriti aka SIFRA is a robot in the film, he still proceeds to marry her because he can’t live without her. In the end, Janhvi Kapoor makes a dazzling cameo leaving the audience with high hopes of a sequel.
