    Salman Khan’s Hit-And-Run Case Adjourned Till July 13

    Bombay High Court has deferred Salman Khan’s appeal against the five-year-imprisonment till July 13. The hearing was otherwise scheduled for today. Salman’s lawyer sought three weeks’ adjournment, to put in order, the documents required at the hearing. However Justice A R Joshi deferred it till 13 July.

     However, the compilation of evidences and documents has been done but the actor’s lawyer wants to check whether the documents are in order or not. Paper Work, from both the sides has already been served to the Court. The Kick star’s lawyer has stated that he want to check if any document requires translation in English. Further he also wants to check if any document is missing. In case of a missing document, he will have to file an application to place it on record.

    Salman Khan was not present at the court. However, his sister Alvira was there. It was on May 6 that the High Court sentenced Salman Khan to 5-year-imprisonment.  On May 8, High Court stayed his sentence.
