While chasing 173 runs, Rajasthan Royals (RR) got two lifelines with dropped catches in the Eliminator of the Indian Premier League (IPL) game against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). In the 4.1 over, Yash Dayal did all the work to get the wicket, but Maxwell dropped a sitter at deep square leg.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore got a lifeline, and fans began to troll Maxwell, noting that not only did he drop an easy catch, but he also departed for a duck when his team was losing wickets at a crucial moment. Fans took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to trend his name with laughing emojis and comment on how angry Virat Kohli would be with him.

As for the clash, currently, after 14 overs, RR has scored 115 runs and lost four wickets. The Men in Pink need 58 runs in 36 balls to win the Eliminator.

Tom Kohler-Cadmore departed for 20 off 15 balls, followed by Yashasvi Jaiswal for 45 off 30 and skipper Sanju Samson for 17 off 13. Just while writing this article, Dhruv Jurel was run out, by the brilliant throw by Virat Kohli.
