Salman Khan trolled for mocking IIFA host Siddharth Kannan, fans wonder why people bother inviting him

Salman Khan was recently seen donning the cap of a host at the recently held IIFA Awards 2022 in Abu Dhabi. While some of the fans showered love on him, it seems that other netizens are rather upset with the superstar. The reason behind this is a video of Salman being circulated wherein he can be seen mocking Siddharth Kannan who had hosted the IIFA press conference event.

Talking about the same, Salman Khan can be seen standing between Divya Khosla Kumar and Nora Fatehi in the video. When Siddharth Kannan addresses him, Salman could be heard saying, “ Hello Namaste, Salam Alaikum, sat Sri Akal, kemcho, adab, assalamualaikum,…keep quiet. He’s bored us to death. How do you manage to do these things, So much, So, much.”

Salman Khan did not stop at that. When Siddharth Kannan tried to alter the conversation and took the dig sportingly, the megastar furthermore could be heard taking more jibes at him. Salman said, “Ye IIFA wale bhi nahi mante, har eak IIFA mai issko leke aate hai, it is that, wo lul hai na before the storm that you guys are going to create tomorrow, that, ye lul period hai isska.” (The people at IIFA also bring him back for every award function. He is calm before that storm which you guys are going to create tomorrow)." Take a look at the video. 

Soon, netizens started trolling Salman Khan for his attitude towards Siddharth Kannan. One netizen wrote, “So damn rude. Don’t know why people even bother inviting him” while another fan said, “Salman has too much attitude. Teasing the emcee, the guy running the show. Rude." Another user said, “He is rude and has an extremely bad attitude.” A user further said, “I have heard every star avoids Salman as he talks badly to everyone. Even his own team says that. His team stays with him as he pays them money. Even they don’t respect Salman.” Another user said, “Honestly salman khan really needs to learn some manners. He behaves like a goon. Always insulting people. Treating them like shit all the time. He really needs to learn basic manners first.”

Talking about the IIFA Awards 2022, Salman Khan hosted the event along with Ritesh Deshmukh and Maniesh Paul. Salman also gave a performance for his fans at the event. A video also circulated on social media wherein he could be seen praising his friend Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movies Pathaan and Jawan.
