After a four year long break from films, Bollywood’s Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan is now all set to return to the silver screen with back to back exciting projects. After giving us a glimpse of Pathaan and officially announcing Dunki, the superstar recently unveiled the teaser of his first film with ace filmmaker Atlee, titled Jawan . Netizens were over the moon with joy to see SRK in a badass avatar in the gripping promo. Cheering for the actor, his good friend and fellow superstar Salman Khan also reposted the teaser along with the message: “Mere jawaan bhai ready hai @iamsrk.”

Well, Salman is currently in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates where he attended the 22nd IIFA Awards last night. This year he hosted the star-studded event along with Riteish Deshmukh and Maniesh Paul and had a gala time entertaining the audience. He also spoke about SRK, who decided to skip the function this year. In a video from the awards night that has gone viral on social media, Salman stated, “Mere peeche, ek aadmi hai. Aur uska naam hai Shah Rukh Khan. Aur yeh kab se mere peeche hai. Kab se!”

Salman went on to hilariously explain, “Kyunki kya hai naa ki, Mannat ki joh building hai woh Galaxy (apartments) ke peeche hai. Agar uss taraf se dekhoge, Worli down side, toh woh bohot aage hai.” Before sitting down, he added, “Humara Pathaan aur humara Jawan tayyiar hai.” This real life bromance has reminded fans of their reel-life bond in the super hit film Karan Arjun, in which Salman and Shah Rukh played brothers. It truly is a delight to see how excited Salman is about SRK’s comeback, just like us.

While Shah Rukh will be sharing the screen with Salman in Tiger 3, the latter has a special high-octane action scene in SRK’s Pathaan. Movie lovers are in for a double treat!
