Just weeks after listing it for sale, Emma Stone has bid farewell to her Los Angeles residence. The actress initially listed her delightful home in Comstock Hills, situated within a private, gated community in L.A.'s Westwood neighborhood, for $3.995 million at the end of January, as reported by People.

It was confirmed on Tuesday that she had sold it for $4.3 million — slightly exceeding the original asking price by just over $300,000. This sale adds to the string of successes for the star, who recently won both a Golden Globe and Critics’ Choice Award for her performance in the movie Poor Things.

 Photos reveal a distinct interior, featuring vibrant teal and pink upholstered seating complemented by gallery walls adorned with artwork, setting it apart from conventional designs.The kitchen stands out as another remarkable feature of the stunning Spanish-style home. Love Story Unveiled

Stone tied the knot with her husband, comedian and writer Dave McCary, in 2020, as confirmed by a source to People at the time. The couple shares a 2½-year-old daughter named Louise Jean. Their relationship began when Stone met McCary while filming an episode of Saturday Night Live in December 2016. 

Three years later, in December 2019, Stone and McCary announced their engagement, accompanied by a photo of them, with Stone proudly displaying her engagement ring.
