According to Telecinco's program, Socialite, Shakira is allegedly romantically involved with Rafael Arcaute, an Argentine songwriter and record producer. Despite the circulating rumors, Shakira has not issued a direct comment on the matter. 

Following her split from Gerard Pique, she has been linked to various high-profile figures, including Lewis Hamilton, Jimmy Butler, and even Tom Cruise. However, none of these romantic speculations have been officially confirmed.

Journalist Javier Ceriani disclosed exclusive insights into Shakira's purported new partner, Rafael Arcaute, characterizing him as "a cultured man." Drawing distinctions from Shakira's past relationships, particularly her long-term association with Gerard Pique, Ceriani suggested that Arcaute harbored deep affection for the singer. According to the journalist, the producer seized the opportunity to approach Shakira after her split from Pique, and she is now reportedly welcoming him into her life.

Rafael Arcaute, also recognized as Rafa Arcaute, is a 44-year-old Argentine record producer and songwriter. With an impressive track record, he has clinched 18 Latin Grammy awards and two American Grammys. Arcaute's extensive portfolio includes collaborations with notable Latin American artists such as Luis Alberto Spinetta, Shakira, C Tangana, Nathy Peluso, and others.
