Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has won million hearts after he gifted her daughter Shweta Bachchan his Juhu Bungalow Prateeksha. According to reports, the legendary actor signed a gift deed on November 8, and Rs 50 lakh was paid as stamp duty. The bungalow spread across two plots of 890 sq and 674 sq. Prateeksha was the first house bought by Amitabh and was named by his father and legendary poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Amitabh’s son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan also got married at Prateeksha.
As soon as the news broke, fans showered love on Amitabh’s deed. Even netizen left impressed with the megastar’s decision. Amitabh and Shweta share an inseparable bond with each other. On the megastar’s last birthday, Shweta took out some happy pictures from the family album and penned a note that read, “Happy 81st Papa. Big shoes ( and hugs ) no one can ever manage to fill.” Meanwhile, Shweta is married to businessman Nikhil Nanda, and have two children-Agastya and Navya. Agastya is set to step into his grandfather’s shoes and become an actor. He will be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies alongside Suhana Khan and Khushi Kapoor.
On the other hand, Amitabh was last seen in a special appearance in Abhishek Bachchan starrer Ghoomer. He was also seen in Ganapath Part 1 co-starring Kriti Sanon and Tiger Shroff. Up next, he will be seen in Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD.
