Ananya Panday grooves on Pushpa’s Saami Saami; does the Chaka Chak hook step for Sara Ali Khan

Actress Ananya Panday has been quite busy shooting for her first ever Pan-Indian film Liger with South sensation Vijay Deverakonda . Helmed by ace filmmaker Puri Jagannadh, the action entertainer is scheduled to arrive in theatres on 25th August this year. Well, ahead of making her debut in the Telugu industry, the young actress gave us a glimpse of her love for South films. In a post shared by her good friend Sara Ali Khan , Ananya gracefully danced to Rashmika Mandanna ’s popular song Saami Saami, from Allu Arjun ’s blockbuster hit Pushpa: The Rise.

For the uninitiated, this video was shot by Sara in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates where the actresses attended the 22nd International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) last night. The two beauties, who were both styled by Tanya Ghavri, had a gala time! They got ready for the awards night together and by the looks of their posts, had a slumber party afterwards. In another short clip shared by Sara on her Instagram story, Ananya recreated former’s Chaka Chak hook step from the film Atrangi re. Along with the video, Sara wrote: “Chakachak with Panday, It's ok because it's Sunday.”

While Sara made her debut in Bollywood with Kedarnath in 2018, Ananya began her journey in the industry a year later with Student of the Year 2. Currently Sara is busy filming Gaslight and has already wrapped up Laxman Utekar's untitled project opposite Vicky Kaushal . Ananya, on the other hand, has Kho Gaye Hum Kahan alongside Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav in her kitty other than Liger.
