Sara Ali Khan smiles as she talks about ex-boyfriend Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 at IIFA Awards 2022; watch

Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan has emerged as a superstar in the last few years with his back to back successful outings. The latest, and number one, on the list of his hits is Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, co-starring Tabu and Kiara Advani . The horror comedy entered the 100 crore club within the first 10 days and is now on its way to the 150 crore milestone. Not just audiences but even Kartik’s fellow actors have praised his performance in the Anees Bazmee directorial. Well, recently his ex girlfriend Sara Ali Khan talked about the film’s success.

During a media interaction at the 22nd IIFA Awards last night, Sara was asked to comment on the heights that Kartik’s film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is touching. The actress smiled and nodded before replying, “Congratulations to everybody that's doing well, the industry needs it. And may everybody's films do well. May the audience shower all of us with love.” When the paparazzo shared that everybody’s missing Kartik, as he could not make it to the awards due to COVID-19 , Sara sweetly said ‘thank you’ and walked away.

Kartik Aaryan admits dating a Bollywood actress, is he hinting towards Sara Ali Khan? 

Sara and Kartik reportedly started dating soon after the former confessed that she had a crush on the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor during an episode of Koffee With Karan. Buzz suggested that their love story came to an abrupt end soon after they finished filming Love Aaj Kal , their first project together. Recent rumors stated that Kartik and Sara, who have apparently moved on in their personal lives, may reunite on-screen for an upcoming film. However, no confirmation has been shared by the two yet.
