    It is no secret that Anupam Kher has mentored several actors in his acting academy. And Deepika Padukone is one among his batch of students who have carved a niche in the film industry. As the actress was recently selected as one of the presenters at the 95th Academy Awards, Anupam expressed pride in being part of her journey.

    For the unversed, Deepika’s name is added to the list of presenters at Oscars 2023 which also includes Dawayne Johnson, Emily Brunt, and Samuel L Jackson among others. The prestigious award show is scheduled to be held on March 12 In Los Angeles. Also, this year, the Naatu Naatu song from SS Rajamouli’s RRR is nominated in the Best Song category. While two Indian documentaries – The Elephant Whisperers and All That Breathes have been nominated for Best Documentary Short and Best Documentary Feature categories respectively.
