Get ready to witness the thriller drama film Blackout, starring Vikrant Massey, on your screens. The makers of Blackout have now unveiled the teaser of the film on their official Instagram handle, showcasing the drama that is soon going to unfold in front of you. With a perfect blend of thrill, drama and action, Blackout promises to send you on a rollercoaster ride that will leave a mark on you. Helmed by Devang Shashin Bhavsar, Blackout also stars Mouni Roy and Sunil Grover.

Blackout teaser unveiled

Taking to the official Instagram handle of JioCinema, the makers unveiled the teaser of Blackout. The teaser begins with a voiceover of actor Anil Kapoor that says, “Main samay hun. Aaj mein tumhe yes batane aaya hun ki samay chalne, dhalne aur pighalne aaya hai (I am time. Today I am here to tell you that time is going to run, set and melt).”

Soon after the dialogue ends, the lead character finds a truck filled with gold and expensive jewellery. Vikrant's expression tells us that he is going to steal all the gold. Later, all the other characters are introduced in the teaser, who are played by comedian-actor Sunil Grover and Mouni Roy, among others.

The action sequences create an impression that dark forces are behind Vikrant to get back their gold, creating chaos all around. After Vikrant steals all the gold, he is seen singing the song “Badshah mein Badhash Badshahhh.”

The caption of the teaser read, “Samay Samay ki baat hai, dekhte hai yeh raat ka badshah koun hai #BlackoutTeaser Out now! #Blackout streaming June 7th exclusively on #JioCinemaPremium.”

Reacting to the teaser of Vikrant Massey-starrer, one social media user commented, “Damn excited,” while another wrote, “Seems interesting.”

Blackout cast and release date

Backed by Jyoti Deshpande and Niraj Kothari, Blackout is directed by Devang Shashin Bhavsar. Starring Vikrant Massey, Mouni Roy, Sunil Grover, Chhaya Kadam, among others, Blackout will be released on JioCinema on June 7.
