Dalljiet Kaur’s cryptic post for son adds fuel to separation rumours with Nikhil Patel | Watch

Actress Dalljiet Kaur has been making headlines for her tumultuous married life with her second husband, Nikhil Patel. After deleting a post in which she claimed that Nikhil has refused to accept their marriage and has left her and her son Jaydon, Dalljiet has now penned a cryptic note for her son. She wrote, “Through thick and thin together.”

Dalljiet Kaur’s cryptic Instagram post

On Instagram, Dalljiet shared a video of herself and her son, Jaydon. They are seen posing for a photoshoot. Although the video is adorable and shows the bond shared between the actress and her son, the caption adds more fuel to the rumours surrounding Dalljiet’s separation from Nikhil.

The caption reads, “Through thick and thin together. It was a very emotional day for me to shoot with my 10 year old at this point in my life. Thank you BARKHA for making this shoot so memorable. May your studio grow and excel.”

Dalljiet and Nikhil’s married life grabbed attention when the two unfollowed each other on social media a few months ago. Later, when Dalljiet returned to India along with her son from Kenya, where she had moved after getting married to Nikhil, it led to rumours of her separation. But at the time, she had said that she was in the country for her father’s surgery.

Earlier this month, Dalljiet's marital life was in the limelight again when she took to her Instagram stories and questioned who is responsible for an extramarital affair. She wrote, “What's your thought on extra-marital affairs? Who is to be blamed?…The girl…The husband…The wife.” The actress later deleted the story.

Dalijiet recently confirmed her separation from Nikhil by uploading a picture of herself in ethnic attire with the caption, “My clothes are there, my chooda is there, my temple, all my things are there, in fact my son's clothes, books and his hope from his father is there. It's my in-laws place, the painting which I made is there. But my husband is saying it's not my house. He is saying we never got married. Is he not my husband? What do you think? Is Nikhil not my husband? Did we not got married?

Dalljiet tied the knot with Nikhil in a lavish ceremony in 2023, which became the talk of the town. The actress was earlier married to TV actor Shalin Bhanot. Jaydon is her son from her marriage with Shalin. They parted ways in 2015.
